Where a Member State applies one or more of the measures provided for in this Regulation, the Member State should inform third-country nationals and stateless persons in a language which they understand or are reasonably supposed to understand, about the derogations applied and the duration of the measures. Member States are obliged to address any special procedural and special reception needs of the applicants that could arise and provide information in an appropriate manner accordingly. Moreover Article 8 on provision of information and Article 36(3) with regard to the information on the possibility to appeal the decision on the application, of the apply.
