Recital 86

Regulation (EU) 2018/1725EUDPR of the European Parliament and of the Council (32), and in particular Article 33 thereof concerning the confidentiality and security of processing, applies to the processing of personal data by Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies carried out in the application of this Regulation, without prejudice to Regulation (EC) 2016/794Europol Regulation, which should apply to the processing of personal data by Europol.
