It is necessary to lay down clearly the responsibilities of the Commission and eu-LISAEuropean Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice as regards Eurodac and the Communication Infrastructure and the responsibilities of the Member States as regards data processing, data security, access to, and rectification of, recorded data.
