For the purpose of assisting in the control of irregular immigration and of providing statistics to support evidence-based policy making, should be able to produce cross-system statistics using data from Eurodac, the Visa Information System (VIS), and the Entry/Exit System (EES), established by of the European Parliament and of the Council (19). In order to specify the content of those cross-system statistics, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (20).
