For the purpose of assisting in the control of irregular immigration and of providing statistics to support evidence-based policy making, eu-LISAEuropean Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice should be able to produce cross-system statistics using data from Eurodac, the Visa Information System (VIS), ETIASEuropean Travel Information and Authorisation System and the Entry/Exit System (EES), established by Regulation (EU) 2017/2226Entry/Exit System Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (¹⁹). In order to specify the content of those cross-system statistics, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (²⁰).
