1. The European Data Protection Supervisor shall ensure that all the personal data processing activities concerning Eurodac, in particular by , are carried out in accordance with Regulations and with this Regulation.
2. The European Data Protection Supervisor shall ensure that an audit of ’s personal data processing activities is carried out in accordance with international auditing standards at least every three years. A report of such audits shall be sent to the European Parliament, to the Council, to the Commission, to , and to the national supervisory authorities. shall be given an opportunity to make comments before the report is adopted.
