In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission, enabling it to set out the detailed procedure and specifications for retrieving data and to specify the procedure for cooperation between the authorities responsible for carrying out the screening, Interpol National Central Bureaux and Europol national units, respectively, to determine the threat to internal security. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (23).
