This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 12 June 2026.
The provisions laid down in Articles 14 to 16 related to queries to EU information systems, the and the shall start to apply only once the individual relevant information systems, the and enter into operation.
