The operation of the Visa Information System (VIS), as established by Regulation (EC) No 767/2008Visa Information System Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (¹⁷) , and in particular the implementation of Articles 21 and 22 thereof, should facilitate the application of this Regulation.
