In order to ensure that the personal interview facilitates as much as possible the determination of the Member State responsible in a swift and efficient manner, the staff interviewing applicants should have received sufficient training, including general knowledge of problems which could adversely affect the applicant’s ability to be interviewed, such as indicators showing that the applicant might have been a victim of torture or trafficking in human beings.
