Benefitting Member States should be granted the possibility to implement actions in or in relation to third countries, in accordance with the scope and purpose of this Regulation and of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (⁸) .
