Where an applicant does not comply with certain obligations arising from this Regulation, or , the application should not be further examined and it should in principle be rejected or declared as implicitly withdrawn, and any new application in the Member States by the same applicant after that decision should be considered to be a subsequent application. Where a person made a subsequent application in another Member State and is transferred to the Member State responsible pursuant to , the responsible Member State should not be obliged to examine the application made in the other Member State.
