Member States should therefore consider reducing that time period as much as possible in cases where the application is likely to be well-founded. Access to the labour market should not be granted or, if already granted, should be withdrawn where an applicant’s application for international protection is likely to be unfounded and for which an accelerated examination procedure is therefore applied, including where relevant information or documents relating to the identity of the applicant is withheld by that applicant.
