Reception Directive:
Article 21 – Reception conditions in a Member State other than the one in which the applicant is required to be present

From the moment applicants have been notified of a decision to transfer them to the Member State responsible in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1351Asylum And Migration Management Regulation, they shall not be entitled to the reception conditions set out in Articles 17 to 20 of this Directive in any Member State other than the one in which they are required to be present in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1351Asylum And Migration Management Regulation. This shall be without prejudice to the need to ensure a standard of living in accordance with Union law, including the CharterThe Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, and international obligations.

Unless a separate decision is issued, the transfer decision shall state that the relevant reception conditions have been withdrawn in accordance with this Article. The applicant shall be informed of his or her rights and obligations with regard to that decision.
