Since access to the , , and is necessary for the screening authorities in order to verify whether the person might pose a threat to internal security, Regulations , , and should be amended to provide for that access right, which is currently not provided by those Regulations. In the case of , such amendment should for reasons of variable geometry take place through a different Regulation than this Regulation.
