Any processing of personal data by the Asylum Agency within the framework of this Regulation should be conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725EUDPR of the European Parliament and of the Council (²⁰), as well as Regulation (EU) 2021/2303European Union Agency for Asylum Regulation and it should, in particular, respect the principles of necessity and proportionality.
