Eurodac Regulation:
Recital 82

Data subjects should have the right of access to, and rectification and erasure of, personal data concerning them and the right of restriction of the processing thereof. Taking into account the purposes for which the data are processed, data subjects should have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement. Those rights should be exercised pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with the procedures set out in this Regulation, Directive (EU) 2016/680Law Enforcement Directive (LED) and Regulation (EC) 2016/794Europol Regulation as regards the processing of personal data for law enforcement purposes pursuant to this Regulation. In relation to the processing of personal data in Eurodac by national authorities, each Member State, for reasons of legal certainty and transparency, should designate the authority which is to be considered as controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Directive (EU) 2016/680Law Enforcement Directive (LED) and which should have central responsibility for the processing of data by that Member State. Each Member State should communicate the details of that authority to the Commission.
