Eurodac Regulation:
Recital 10

However, in view of the fact that a platform has already been set up by the Commission, in cooperation with the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA), established by eu-LISAEuropean Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice Regulation”]Regulation (EU) 2018/1726[/su_tooltip] of the European Parliament and of the Council (14), and the Member States, to deal with the information exchanges necessary pursuant to Directive 2001/55/ECTemporary Protection Directive, it is appropriate to exclude from Eurodac persons enjoying temporary protection pursuant to Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382 and any other equivalent national protection pursuant thereto. Such exclusion should also apply in respect of any future amendments to Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382 and any extensions of that temporary protection.
