In Article 31(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1147Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund Regulation, the following point is added:

‘(ba) a situation of crisis within the meaning of Article 1(4), point (a), of Regulation (EU) 2024/1359Crisis and Force Majeure Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (^*).
