The use of measures included in the Permanent EU Migration Support Toolbox as established by Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1351Asylum And Migration Management Regulation (the ‘Toolbox’) should not be a precondition to benefit from solidarity measures under this Regulation.
