The EU Solidarity Coordinator should facilitate communication between Member States in the implementation of this Regulation. The EU Solidarity Coordinator should, in cooperation with the Asylum Agency, promote coherent working methods for the identification of persons eligible for relocation and their matching with Member States of relocation, in particular to ensure that meaningful links are taken into account.
